Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Products Nature
Because XerusBio facilitates the sale of irrevocable digital goods (such as E-Books, Video Courses, and Software), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the digital asset has been downloaded or accessed by the buyer.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under the following strict conditions:
- The digital file is corrupt, broken, or not as described on the sales page.
- A duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
- The seller voluntarily authorizes a refund from their dashboard.
3. Pro Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to the XerusBio Pro plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Dashboard. Once canceled, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Raising a Dispute
If you are a buyer and believe you are entitled to a refund based on the exceptions above, you must contact our Support team within 7 days of the original purchase date. XerusBio reserves the right to act as a mediator between the buyer and the seller to resolve the dispute.
